いつもl’atelier by apcをご利用いただきましてありがとうございます。
政府はこのたびのコロナウィルスの感染予防措置として公的なイベントは中止または延期するように求めております。これは命令ではなく要請ということでございました。
私ども音楽家の皆様にサービスを提供する民間会社といたしましては、このたびの新型コロナウィルス感染予防に万全を期し、お客様およびスタッフの健康と安全に留意しつつ営業を続けております旨、お知らせいたします。
この状況下ですのでお客様がご予約等をキャンセルなさるというご判断はやむを得ないと私どもも受け止めております。キャンセル料につきましては、どのお客様にも平等にご契約時にお伝えしてありますキャンセルの規約通りにお願いしておりますので、その旨どうぞご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
現下の状況はお客様にとりましても私どもにとりましても厳しい状況ではございます。私どもといたしましても私どもの落度でない事柄でお客様から厳しいお言葉を頂戴しますのは大変辛く遺憾に存じます。何かご相談がある場合にはお客様のご満足のいくような解決策を講じるべくお話合いをしたいと願っております。お互いにお互いを尊重しつつ、このような時だからこそ助け合いつつ、平和的な話し合いを通してお客様にご満足いただけるように努力して参る所存です。スタッフ一同このような困難な状況下ではありますが、誠心誠意仕事に取り組んでおります。

＜l’atelier by apcでの感染予防に関する措置＞
・入り口付近に消毒除菌スプレーおよび消毒除菌ウェットティッシュをご用意しております。
・le studioのピアノ、椅子等はご利用直後に常にスタッフがその都度除菌しております。
・le studioのご利用直後はドアも窓も開け新鮮な空気を入れて換気をしております。
・スタッフがマスクを着用している場合がございますのでご理解の程お願いいたします。

Dear customers,
Thank you always for using l’atelier by apc.
Regarding the coronavirus prevention, Japanese government decided to control public events, that is either to cancel or postpone the events for about two weeks from the point of the announcement on Feb.26. This was not an order but request.
As a private service company for musicians, we, l’atelier by apc, decided to stay open taking great cares to welcome customers in the best condition as possible in this situation.
We understand that cancelation can occur under this situation, but we ask customers to respect the cancellation rules that are depicted in the contract which was signed by both the customer and the company. Please understand that we ask our customers to follow the rules equally. We would appreciate if customers would talk to us less aggressively over the situation for which we do not have any fault. I am proud to say that our staff are working hard to offer you the best service despite the difficult situation.
We deeply understand that the current situation is difficult for both customers and the company, so we would like to try our best for customers’ satisfaction through mutual peaceful talks in case there is something to be discussed. We are always open to find the best solutions for our customers.
We do appreciate your cooperation and ask for your understanding.

<Prevention measures for coronavirus infections>
We are taking prevention measures regarding coronavirus infections as follows.
・Sterilization spray and wet tissues are set at the entrance and on the tables.
・Pianos and chairs are sterilized by the staff each time right after they are used.
・Doors and Windows at le studio are opened right after they are used to let fresh air in for ventilations.
・Please understand that the staff are wearing masks for the prevention
It is said something that pleases people’s mind like “music” will raise the immune strength. We do hope you would stay healthy and spend a pleasant time here at l’atelier in this hardship.

Aux Petits Chevalets Paris that runs l'atelier by apc celebrates its 10th anniversary this year since it moved to Tokyo, Japan.
We want a full employer who can work with us at our studios, in an atmosphere filled with music and instruments.
Work
The main work shall be administration of rental studios and our Hall Debussy which is for concerts/events; the work includes receiving reservations, taking care of their proper procedures.
reception work and customer services including phones and mails.
On the day of the concert/event, doing some supportive work.
Also planning our original events on our own.
Conditions of application
Being interested in the above work and having passion for them.
Being sociable.
Experiences of customer services preferable.
Capable of PC(Mac).
Working hours
Hours are on shift between 9:00 to 22:00, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Some examples of shift hours;
9:30-18:30, 10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00,
On Sundays, hours can be flexible depending of the reservations.
We want someone who can adaptable to the flexibility.
●Compensation
The salary shall follow the prescribed company policy.
Transportation shall be fully covered.
Employment insurance and social insurance provided.
Other
The first three months shall be a trial period.

●業務内容
レンタルスタジオ le studio by apc の運営・管理がメインとなります。
スタジオの予約管理、受付、お客様対応（対面・お電話・メール）
Hall Debussyのイベント利用申込み手続き・当日対応、主催イベントの企画・運営
●応募条件
上記の業務に関心と情熱があり、人と接するのが好きで、接客業務の経験がある方。
パソコン（Mac）全般の操作が出来る方。
●就業時間
9：00～22：00で土日祝日含むシフト勤務／週休2日制
シフトパターン 例 ①9:30-18:30 ②10:00-19:00 ③13:00-22:00
④日曜日はイベントにより9:00-22:00の中で変動する可能性あり
スタジオの予約状況によっても変動する可能性がありますので、フレキシブルに対応できる方を求めています。

みなさまへ
いつもありがとうございます！
みなさまのサポートがあって私たちはお店として大きくなり、今年で10周年を迎えました。
これから11年目のスタートです。
”Atelier 弦楽器工房・Shop 弦楽器店・Salon Hall サロンホール ・l’ecole 音楽教室 ・le studio スタジオ”
全てのセクションを多くのお客様にご利用いただき感謝しております。
しかし現状のお店のレイアウトでは、すべてのお客さまに私たちが思うベストなサービスのご提供が少し難しく感じる場面も出てきました。
私たちのベースは何かと考えると、それは ”Atelier 弦楽器工房 と Shop弦楽器店” です。
これら無くしては、サロンホールやスタジオを作る機会はありませんでした。
原点である ”Atelier・弦楽器工房 と Shop・弦楽器店” をより強い軸にして展開をしていきたい、
という想いから、この度リニューアルすることにいたしました。
Shop・弦楽器店を1Fへ、Atelier・弦楽器工房をM2Fへ移動します。
1Fでコンサートを開催いただける回数は現在よりも少なくなりますが、
一つ一つのサービスのクオリティを上げることに努めます。
これからも日本で弦楽器においてベストな体験をすることができるお店を目指していきます。
良いクオリティで、一人一人に寄り添い、より身近に感じてもらえるようなお店を
お客さまと一緒に創り上げていければと思います。

2020年2月からはHall Debussyは新しいプランでコンサートの受付を再開いたします。
より身近で、より良いサービスをご提供するために、
1F 弦楽器店の中で日曜日のみ1日1組限定でのお貸出しとなります。
客席数は100席から最大70席となりますが、プレイヤーとお客さまの距離が近く、アットホームであたたかい空間にリニューアルいたします。
新しいスタイルのHall Debussyでのパフォーマンスを楽しんでいただけましたら幸いです。
